How we run it.

Scope & data capture

We confirm the question the study must answer, agree the measurement or modelling points, and collect what the work depends on: meter schedule with installed ct ratios and configured scaling; historical data export covering at least one full billing period; access to the monitoring platform and its reporting configuration.

Typically in one of these situations: monitoring data does not reconcile against utility bills; the system was installed but nobody acts on its output; before relying on the data for savings verification or statutory reporting. If none of these apply, the study is unlikely to be the right next step and we will say so.
