Selection

The selection criteria are purely based on the skills and experience and Pre-assessments results of the candidate which is required as per the positions. Until onboard process carelabs follow digital medium for recruitment flow.

we always conduct reference checks to verify information about candidates’ work performance, academic performance and professional characteristics

Appointment

The Candidates qualified all the selection criteria based on the positions, HR Department prepares and issues the Offer letter to the candidates digitally. After the candidate accepts the offer, further proceedings are carried out towards satisfying the statutory requirements.

On Boarding

On boarding process starts from induction for all our new employees within their first week of employment. It is a combination of general information about the Company as well as specifics regarding the employee’s job role
