Short Circuit Analysis
Short Circuit Analysis. A short circuit is the flow of current through an unintended, near-zero-resistance path — an unplanned ground connection, two points of different voltage touching, or two phases contacting each other — releasing very high current as heat, intense magnetic force, and in the worst case an arc blast. Carelabs calculates fault current at every point in your facility's system using the ANSI/IEEE C37.010 and IEC 60909 methods, then confirms your fuses and circuit breakers are sized to clear a fault safely before it damages equipment or endangers workers.

WORKER SAFETY
Protecting Your Team
Electrical hazards are among the leading causes of workplace injuries in Philippines facilities. Current through a person during a fault can be lethal below the level that trips a standard breaker, so correct device sizing matters as much as speed.
